The terms on which this website is made available, and the limits of what the technical content on it can be relied on for.
1. Acceptance
This website is operated by Astratech Solutions. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms govern the website only. Anything we actually supply you is governed by our Terms & Conditions of Sale, which are separate and take precedence over these terms for the supply itself.
2. What the site is for
This site describes our manufacturing capability so that you can decide whether to send us an enquiry. It is an invitation to treat, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on it constitutes a quotation, a price, a commitment to supply, or a warranty that any particular part or capability is available.
A binding contract arises only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it, or when we accept your purchase order in writing.
3. Technical content
The engineering content on this site — connector descriptions, cable compatibility notes, variant tables, 3D models and process descriptions — is published to help you frame an enquiry. It is general information, not design advice for your application.
The 3D models are representative geometry, not manufacturing data. Where a model is shown as standing for a group of connector types, it illustrates the shape that group shares; it is not dimensioned drawing data for any specific part number. Do not use anything on this site as the basis for a design, a purchase decision or a safety case without confirming it against the manufacturer’s datasheet.
Specifications, part availability and lead times change. We confirm every material fact — housing, contact plating, current rating, pin count, cable construction — against the manufacturer’s datasheet at the point of quotation, and it is that confirmation you should rely on.
4. Acceptable use
You may view, print and download material from this site for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. You may not:
- use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms;
- copy, republish or redistribute its content as your own, or as part of a competing offering;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details, including for unsolicited marketing;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the availability of the site for anyone else; or
- submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have the right to send us.
5. Intellectual property
The design, text, drawings, illustrations, 3D models and code of this site are owned by Astratech Solutions or used with permission, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable law. The company name and logo are our marks.
Third-party names, standards designations and part numbers referred to on this site — connector series, cable types, standards bodies — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what we work with. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Nothing on this site transfers any intellectual property right to you.
6. Material you send us
When you send us a drawing, specification or part number through this site, you confirm that you are entitled to disclose it to us for the purpose of obtaining a quotation.
We treat what you send as confidential. We use it to quote and to build, and for nothing else. We do not publish it, share it with another customer, or use it as portfolio material without your written permission.
You keep ownership of your drawings and specifications. Sending them to us gives us permission to use them for your job, and no wider right.
7. Availability
We make no promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, and we are not liable for any consequence of doing so.
8. Links
Where this site links to a third-party site, that link is for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this website — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contract and loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
